Our Instructors

      Jeff and Connie Duncan have been married since 1983.  They have two children, Nichole born in 1997, and Jeffrey born in 1999.  Connie and Jeff purchased Farmington Martial Arts in 1990 and have been the Chief Instructors there ever since.

      Jeff is a 5th degree black belt.  He is currently training in Jiu-Jitsu, and Bo-Jitsu.  Jeff also is an internationally certified examiner for Choi Kwang-Do.

      Connie is a 2^nd degree black belt in Choi Kwang-Do.  She is also certified in Cardio Kickboxing and runs the Cardio Kickboxing program at Farmington Martial Arts.
